rental prices are given as a guide are quoted in Euros
and include accommodation for 7 nights, bedding, towels,
electricity and heating.
Winter season: €1000 (low season) to €2000 (peak season)
Summer Season: €900 (low season) to €1500 (peak season)

Description
Located in Les Houches, Chamonix Valley, this area is
ideal for those who love the buzz of Chamonix, which
offers a limitless choice of bars and restaurants but
prefer to be in a more select location. With a selection
of good restaurants and a bakery next door you will
certainly not go hungry plus there are a couple of good
bars offering après-ski which are a short stroll away -
even wearing ski boots!
This superb property offers mountain views from every
room and has one double bedroom, one twin, two bathrooms
(one en-suite) and a smaller bedroom/ office space with
a sofa that cleverly converts into bunk beds. Pinecones
has been furnished to a very high standard to offer a
high level of comfort and efficient use of space.
Equipped with the highest level of home comforts
including flat screen TV. (Inc UK channels), iPod
docking station, Bose Sound System, DVD and Wi-Fi you
may struggle to leave. For those on a "working" holiday
the close proximately to the lifts opposite means you
can maximise on both your work and leisure time.
With the ski in, ski out facilities available, those
with children will also appreciate the short walk to the
cable car opposite. Parking facilities are also
available and the bus stop is situated outside the
building if you wish to go further afield.
The open plan living area is divided into a kitchen,
dining and lounge area and the fully fitted kitchen,
with dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, four ring halogen
hob, and microwave offers every modern cooking
convenience.
The dining area has ample seating for 6 around a
beautiful wooden table. The lounge area has a 6 seater
sofa so all guests can comfortably relax after a hard
day in the mountains and watch DVDs from the
complementary collection on offer. There is also a sunny
balcony for those who prefer to watch the world go by.
