Chalet Armel is a stunning newly built chalet, sleeping up to 10 people in 3 double and 2 twin bedrooms.  The property is arranged over two separate adjoining units, one sleeping 4 and the other 6 people.  In this way Chalet Armel provides plenty of flexibility, allowing for both privacy, as well as offering large communal areas for that special holiday ambiance.  Chalet Armel is situated in the tranquil area of Vaudagne/Les Houches, 5km outside Chamonix town. Properties in the old village of Vaudagne are highly sort after, particularly by locals and those who like to avoid the main tourist areas but like to be conveniently situated to amenities.

Prices

These rental prices are given as a guide are quoted in Euros and include accommodation for 7 nights, bedding, towels, electricity and heating. 

Winter season:

€1500 (low season) to €3700 (peak season) this price is for the whole chalet, accommodating up to 10 people

Summer Season:

€900 (low season) to €1500 (peak season) this price is for one of the units, accommodating up to 6 people

Description

Chalet Armel is ideal for group of friends or for those with larger families. There is a spacious living area with large windows and double height ceilings with glass doors leading to the balcony which really maximises the panoramic views – you have Mont Blanc to the right and Le Fizz on the left.

Although spacious the cosy wood - burning stove and under - floor heating ensure a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living area is comfortable for six with a large dining table and an open plan, well-equipped kitchen. All mod cons are on offer i.e. DVD, Wi-Fi broadband internet access, Hi -Fi as well as UK channels on the TV.

The master bedroom, bathroom and seperate wc are also situated on the ground level. The funky wrought iron staircase leads to the next level where you have two twin rooms (one with a porthole!) and a second bathroom. There are a few low beams in the bedrooms so those on the tall side will need to pay attention.

Chalet Armel has been stylishly decorated with care and attention. It will be greatly appreciated by those who prefer to stay in rather than go out in the evenings. It is ideal place for entertaining or just to kick back your heels and relax after a hard day on the mountains, Chalet Armel being in an ideal location to view the Mont Blanc Massif in all its glory!
